Chez Moi Demain’s mission is to promote shared housing in all its forms, and more specifically to facilitate access to decent housing for people made vulnerable by age or disability, in a way that encourages civic participation and community living.

Chez Moi Demain is convinced that another way of building and living is possible, in which it is no longer the users who submit to the project, but the project that responds to their needs and those of their environment. With virtuous buildings, included in their territory and made with those who will live in them, Chez Moi Demain aims to create sustainable living spaces in terms of both the building, its management (ecological and economic), and living together, thus inscribing its action in the societal and environmental transition.

To achieve this: 

- Wherever possible, we combine inclusive housing with participative housing: their shared values of mutual aid and solidarity are a powerful gas pedal of community life, local dynamism and social cohesion.

- We have set up an inclusive real estate company to acquire, build and renovate properties for these socially-oriented projects, and to manage their real estate and assets over the long term. Website Chez moi demain
