Gérond’if, the Ile-de-France gerontopôle will be showcasing technologies to help carers and the elderly improve their day-to-day lives.

On the Gérond’if stand, you will be able to try out exoskeletons, which reduce the strain of transfers for carers accompanying people in institutions or at home; virtual reality headsets, which can reduce anxiety or pain and entertain or stimulate the memory of the elderly; a simulator for the elderly, to raise awareness of physical changes in the body.
