It informs, prepares, and guides entrepreneurs and project leaders towards qualified professionals. • Support and finance: Bpifrance supports entities involved in business creation support, which represent 1,500 service points across France. Bpifrance provides financial tools (honorary loans, microcredit, bank guarantee facilitating project leaders' access to bank credit) and support mechanisms (advice, coaching, mentoring) in collaboration with these entities.

• Observe and understand: Through its Entrepreneurship Observatory, Bpifrance Création monitors and analyzes the evolution of business creation.

• Act for everyone and in all territories: Bpifrance innovates and supports the emergence of a more favorable framework for economic initiative, particularly benefiting vulnerable territories.
